MAY 28, 2024 - Kawartha Conservation has implemented significant updates to its regulatory mapping to comply with provincially mandated changes outlined in the Conservation Authorities Act and the consolidation of all 36 Conservation Authorities under a single regulation (O. Reg 41/24). These updates incorporate the latest legislative framework and technical information, ensuring that our regulated areas mapping is current and accurate.
